1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SayDeploy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SayDeploy is a VS Code extension that provides MCP (Model Context Protocol) server capabilities, allowing AI assistants like GitHub Copilot to interact with various developer tools and services including Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, and others.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

SayDeploy offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@saydeploy.com
  • Founder pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription

5. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes a specific number of tool calls per month. Usage resets on your billing date. Exceeding your limit may result in temporary service restrictions until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Abuse the Service through automated means to exceed usage limits
  • Use the Service to harm third-party systems or data

7. Third-Party Services

SayDeploy integrates with third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAYDEPLOY INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
